New book for young children impacted by family alcoholismThere is a new children's book that teaches young children about family alcoholism. Since it is often difficult to talk to young children about this, a book should be a great way to start the conversation. "Home at Last" is the story of two frogs, Eddie and Willie, whose father, Daddy Frog, is struggling with alcohol addiction. The brothers and their mother endure the effects of their father's disease until their grandfather steps in and assists the family in getting the help they need.
