Brief interventon helps curb drunk driving

A program that gets persistent drunk drivers to consider why they should stop their dangerous behavior may lead to significant and long-lasting changes, researchers have found.

These brief sessions lead to a 30% lower rate of bad dribnking days 1 year later as compared to another group who was taught about the reasons not to drink and drive.
